Facebook is a great way to recruit! If one person joins, you're exposing the group page to all their friends via the friend updates feed. Then all it takes is one of those friends to join the group aswell, and then before you know it you're generating a lot of new traffic!

Ive joined, small suggestion, you can change the icon to a baseball. Should be in the admin settings somewhere.
