Has anyone tried to get tix to Yankee Stadium?

I am just curious. I have a friend who is going to look into getting tickets to a Red Sox/Yankees game @ Yankee Stadium for a group of adults who have cognitive learning impairments (just like myself). How difficult is it to get group tickets? Is there anyone he should call?

Any advice would be greatly apppreciated. I will definitely pass the information along to him.

Thanks. Do you know if they do in season tours? Would they welcome giving a tour to a group of Sox fans?
