I sent you a proposal for Jered Weaver. Let me know how you feel about it!

at this point, all i can do is just sit back and laugh when another key player hits the DL. Of course Votto is down for 3-4 weeks. And then Capps goes back on the DL.

    Dan Haren
    Dee Gordon
    Emilio Bonifacio
    Giancarlo Stanton
    Matt Joyce
Ryan Howard (although we all knew about him pre-season)
    Mariano Rivera

It's just laughable at this point. All of those guys are key contributors, and they all will have served at least 4 weeks (or more) on the DL. With reasonable health, my team is in first place. This is the second year in a row that i have my DL filled up, AND my bench filled up with guys on the DL. ughhhhhhh i am cursed in this league

You should trade Stanton to me for someone more reliable.

I'm been relatively fortunate from an injury standpoint this season.

Shaun Marcum has missed a few starts, but it hasn't been anything major. The only serious injury I've encountered this season was to Brett Gardner (who was basically in charge of leading the way in stolen bases). First it had him as day-to-day, then 15-day DL, then 60-day DL, and I think he's even surpassed that mark now. Setback after setback, he just can't seem to get back in the lineup.

Doug Fister was out for a few weeks, but I ended up dropping him after he failed to produce in his return. I'm not sure if anyone picked him up or not.

    Players on the block ...

    C Jesus Montero
    2B Dustin Ackley
    2B Neil Walker
    3B David Wright
    3B Michael Young
    SS J.J. Hardy
    LF Alex Gordon
    CF Drew Stubbs

    SP Vance Worley
    SP Mark Buehrle
    SP Felix Doubront
    RP Chris Perez
    RP J.J. Putz
    RP Joe Nathan

Pretty much anyone except Wieters, Hosmer, Goldschmidt and Sale.
    Let's get some deals moving.

^^ I assume that Weaver is gone after the trade.

My DL is finally thinning out, but for a while there, I had a real collection on at the same time, and it was especially wild considering the price I was playing for them all:

    Tulowitzki - 24 (still on)
    Luebke - 14 (still on)
    C. Young -11
    Sandoval - 8
    Morse - 8

I haven't concerned myself in the least with dollar amounts. I'm nowhere near the cap. My team is ridiculously underpaid given individual performances. I've had a lot of guys come out of nowhere and start producing BIG numbers.

It is time, I am now willing to trade anybody off my roster. Fair warning I'll probably be just about unreasonable on McCutchen, but the others I'm willing to deal on. Looking for the standard young with upside or at least to get a bit younger.

    Most likely to trade:

Peavy/Capuano/T. Hudson(not likely to trade all of them unless I feel I have at least a decent staff post trade)
    Miguel Montero
David Ortiz(should come off DL next week when eligible)
Paul Konerko (I'm still a homer on him, but I'm reasonable)

like I said though, send me an offer for anyone and I'll listen.
