Fred Wilpon has had no success getting someone to pony up $200 Million to become a minority owner of the team. So like the best in late night telemarketing, Wilpon has now decided to take a different approach!
You can now spend $20 million for a 4% stake in the team. What does that get you?
You get the prestige of having one's own parking space at Citi Field. But wait, there's more. Act now and you also get the opportunity to throw out the first pitch at a game and a business card with the title "owner." Minority partners will also have access to the lovable Mr. Met mascot.
The $20 million doesn't include any tickets to games. Those have to be purchased separately.

Good question. I just can't believe as an owner you'd still have to buy tickets to the game! RIDICULOUS!
