Which 2 franchises dominated the National League during the 1890s?

Doing a history assignment. I've tried many sources but have yet to find a definitive answer. What 2 franchises are you thinking that dominated the National League during the 1890s?

I would rather say that that decade was dominated by three teams: Boston Beaneaters, Baltimore Orioles (the Yankees were pretty dominant back then too ;-) ) and the Brooklyn Bridegrooms.

The Yankees' link with the Netherlands since 1981

The Netherlands: 2011 World Champions baseball, beating Cuba twice (4-1 and 2-1)!!!!!

I would say, do your own homework!!
I watched the Indy 500, and I was thinking that if they left earlier they wouldn't have to go so fast.

The Baltimore Orioles of the 1890's were not really the Orioles of 1901-2. It was a different league and Ban Johnson started his new league from scratch, even though the did raid the established league big time.
