Red Sox affiliates only. Thus far I've seen AAA Pawtucket and AA Portland. The Lowell Spinners in Lowell, MA are insanely popular but I haven't seen a Spinners game broadcast on NESN.

I have always wondered why they are never broadcast on NESN.

Also and I know that NESN stands for New England Sports Network, I still don't understand why the Salem Red Sox are not broadcast. Unless I am losing it, aren't they owned by the Red Sox?

The Portland Sea Dogs (Class AA; Eastern League) will mark a big milestone tomorrow, April 18: the 20th anniversary of the team's arrival at Hadlock Field.

The team will mark the occasion with some pomp and circumstance, including appearances from popular Sea Dogs of the past.

The 11 players/ manager expected to attend represent every Sea Dogs team from 1994 through 2008. Among those expected to attend are fan favorites, award winners, and players with strong ties to the team.

Players expected to attend from when the Sea Dogs were affiliated with the Florida Marlins include catcher Charles Johnson, outfielders Fletcher Bates, Glenn Reeves and Pookie Wilson, and infielders Heath Honeycutt and Drew Niles.

Red Sox affiliated alumni expected to attend include pitchers Ryan Cameron and Marc Deschenes, catcher John Nathans, outfielder Jay Johnson, and manager Todd Claus.
