Who should I start a franchise with in MLB The Show '11?

I'm looking to start a new franchise with a team other than the Dodgers. I don't want to use a big market team and want more of a middle average to small market team to potentially improve and rebuild. I need to play with a team with some talent though.

I am using fully updated rosters with all minor league players added. Give me some suggestions and then I will open a poll with my top 3-5 suggestions.

    Thanks!

Giants, Rockies, Padres, and Diamondbacks will be ignored. As will the Phillies and Angels. (Just a friendly reminder)

Chicago Cubs. Give them a chance to win the World Series, even if it is only just on a video game

I would say Toronto, Minnesota, Cincinnati, or Houston would be good choices.

I'd go with a ballpark rather than a team. You'll be playing a lot of games in that park.... might as well enjoy the scenery.

I would go with the KC Royals.

With them you have a solid farm, and a beautiful stadium to play in, but still some work to do to make it fun.

I should have taken that into consideration before I chose to play with the A's.
