According to the St. Petersburg Times, the talks between the City of St. Petersburg and Rays' principle owner Stuart Sternberg are moving on.
The mayor of St. Pete, Bill Foster, claims that he isn't affraid that the Rays will move somewhere else. Besides that, Foster says that the city of St. Petersburg is ready for interference by MLB.
An open air small stadium (like PNC Park) may be the solution for the Rays IMO. The current stadium isn't a very inspiring place.

Weird? Yeah. Look at the Braves before the three divisions were installed. They were playing in the NL West!!!!
