Gotta be the home-state, Class A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates ... The West Virginia Power

^ That is of course Ryan Braun from when they were still affiliated with the Brewers.

Braun's season with the Power was when I first really got into paying attention to Minor League Baseball.

Well seeing that I am a Boston Red Sox fan, and that I grew up in south eastern Massachusetts, I would have to say my favorite would be the Pawtucket Red Sox (PawSox). I can remember going to the games there. Sometimes I feel a minor league game can be just as good as a major league game. It was closer for me to see the PawSox than to go to Boston and I found it to be a much more affordable price.

The AA affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays: The Montgomery Biscuits. It is a big wish of mine to visite a couple of games.
Good second one is the High Desert Mavericks , A affiliate (California League) of the Mariners. I have attended a game there. I liked it far better than the MLB games that I have attended.

Do you think that this is true?

AA Portland (Maine) Sea Dogs -- for obvious reasons. I live in Maine!

Have you ever listened to a Squirrels game on the radio? If so what do you think of the FS announcer, Jon Laaser? He announced one year with the Biscuits, but IMO he wasn't that great.

Since I moved up to Green Bay, I live just a few miles from the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers stadium and last season I attended twelve games there. I really enjoy going to the game's because it's usually where the Brewers send all their recent draftees to begin their Minor League Careers. I get to see all the hot prospects in the Brewers system before they reach the show (Got to watch Brett Lawrie play their in '09.)

I also like to follow the Beloit Snappers (the other minor league team in Wisconsin). However, I haven't gotten the chance to see one of their games yet. They play a good three hours from where I live so it wouldn't really be worth all the gas money. The nice part is that Beloit is in the same league as Wisconsin and they play each other a few times a year so I get to see them play on the road.

Besides the fact that the TimblerRattlers are a Milwaukee affiliate, what do you like more about MiLB?
I loved the athmosphere (not as huge as MLB games).

The atmosphere is great. I live right around the corner from the Lake Elsinore Storm. They are the single-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres. Go figure, i'm a Dodgers fan :P

Can't wait to go to a dozen or so games this season. MiLB games are so fun!!! The players are very cool too!

Their stadium is one of the best in the California League. I wonder if you will visit the Quakes coming season. They are a Dodger affiliate now. Their stadium is great as well.
