Been real busy with the house and working on myself. When I moved in last October, I was 232 pounds. This morning (Sunday) after running the stairs at City Hall 17 times (54 stairs each time) and watching what I eat for 10 months, I'm weighing in at 195. My body fat is down 7% and my waist has gone from 38 to about 35, or three holes on my belt. I still love baseball, I'm just making myself and the wife more of a priority. Should have been doing this for years. I may post a few of these things on line, I may not. Good to hear from you.
