Sorry, what I meant was we had some issues with location access....Corey, the tech guy, had to do an end run to get the last logo up so he will probably have to do that again. I will send him that attachment though. thx

About Nero
Biography:
I'm post-20's, pre-30's, and nothing makes me crazier than the fact most of today's sports themed forums are full of teenagers and elementary school kids. Not only does the discussion lack b/c of this but it makes me theme of how much of shame it is that many kids are borderline retarded these days.

Baseball is and has always been my favorite sport. I have had an estranged relationship from my old man most of my life but the things we did do together always involved baseball. In any event, I have been to numerous ballparks and seen a majority of different teams play in person, all across the country and into Canada. Some can't appreciate what it's like to watch a 3-4 hour game but I freaking love it. My honeymoon was actually a west coast stadium-to-stadium trip, as opposed to, Hawaii or the Bahamas.

I grew up in upstate New York and had spent a good portion of my life as a Yankee fan. As I got older and wiser, my mentality changed a bit and although I will forever cherish the great history of the club...I cannot help but feel like rooting for the Yankees is like rooting for Microsoft. Literally, the only element of surprise as a Yankee fan is the surprise of at what point in the post-season will your season end. Big name free agents, big time deadline deals, making the playoffs, even winning the whole damn show, isn't something you even have to root for as a Yankee fan...as you pretty much just sit back and wait for it to happen. Where's the fun in that?

That said, I have transitioned more or less into an overall fan of the game and less a fan of a specific team. I have the Extra Innings package on DirecTV and I'll watch a ton of games, all season long. This leads me to support or "back" a number of different teams...but I pretty much lead towards the teams I find more interesting and entertaining to watch then others. So be careful not to mislabel me people, take what I've just said into consideration and remember, it takes way more effort and dedication to root for the "small guy" in all this.
