Birthday announcements

I don't know if there is a need, but wouldn't it be nice to mention the birthday of our members at the bottom of the home page?

I think we used to have something like that, didn't we? Correct me if I'm wrong.

When it's a members birthday, it will pop up at the bottom. It'll show their username and age in parenthesis. There hasn't been any birthdays to display this month.
