Royals recalled RHP Louis Coleman from Triple-A Omaha.

Coleman has made a few trips between the minors and majors already this season, and will probably make a few more. He has a 4.15 ERA in 8 2/3 innings of relief.

Royals recalled LHP Everett Teaford from Triple-A Omaha.

Teaford threw six innings of shutout ball in his last outing for Omaha but will work in relief for the Royals. He could be in line for a spot start sometime soon.

Royals optioned RHP Vin Mazzaro to Triple-A Omaha.

Mazzaro limited the Rangers to three runs over five decent innings Wednesday night, but he won't be needed for a little while. The righty should be back up eventually.

Royals optioned RHP Nate Adcock to Triple-A Omaha.

Adcock was only up in the major leagues for a couple of games this time around. He'll be shuttled back and forth between Omaha and the bigs several more times this year.
