South Korea has banned Orioles scouts from attending Korean Baseball Association events, according to the Yonhap News Agency. The move is fallout from Baltimore's recent signing of 17-year-old pitching prospect Kin Seong-min, who Wednesday was banned from playing or coaching baseball in his home country. Kim , a left-hander, was signed to contract reportedly worth $550,000. Although players from outside the U.S. Canada and Puerto Rico are permitted to sign with major league teams at age 16, the KBA contends Kim was in violation of its rules by being in contact with a team prior to his final year of high school.

Man you know you screwed up when you get banned from a country!

Haha, I saw this last night. When the O's screw up, they do it on a whole other scale than any other team.
