As someone who frequently travels between Canada and the US, you have to draw attention to yourself otherwise they pretty much wave you through.
Well Ol' Denny did just that.
Becoming confused at a construction zone he asked customs officials if he could turn around...big mistake by the way...so they inspected his car, ran his ID and lo and behold...outstanding warrant in Louisiana and Denny gets a trip back via extradition!
"It looks like Mr. McLain had a joint business venture in Louisiana with another person and did not fully compensate for the scrap metal or scrap iron that was brought to their business," St. Charles Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Dwayne LaGrange told the AP. "We had several complaints so the warrant was issued."
Not his first time at the jailhouse rodeo!
He has had two prison stints since the mid-1980s -- one for six-plus years and another for two-plus years -- for racketeering, extortion, cocaine possession and taking money from his pension fund!
