A few games ago, Detroit Manager Jim Leyland argues a call on a bumt attempt. The umpire took a while to make a call, and then makes the call safe. After talking it over the the home plate umpire they switched the call so that he was called out. Leyland came running out to argue the call and was ejected from the game. I thought it was kinda funny how Leyland handled it.

It was pretty funny, but sadly, mostly all for effect.
The umpire screwed the original call and did the right thing by asking for help. To bad Jim Joyce did not do the same thing.
Did it at least eventually fire up the Tigers?

Fact is that, how funny it may have looked, Leyland was wrong. At the time he could not know, but has anyone see him make an appology towards the umpire? I didn't.

Those who are actors don't apologize for their performances.

Yeah we still won the game. It also got the crowd into the game more.
