Wow...Miguel Cabrera, Austin Kearns, and now we have Coco Crisp. This is absolutely crazy. 3 DUI's in the past week 1/2-2 weeks. Unbelievable. Baseball season is back which is what these guys have been waiting for and they want to pull this crap. Get it together guys! C'mon, making yourselves look terrible!
PHOENIX (AP)—Oakland Athletics outfielder Coco Crisp(notes) has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, the third major league player to be charged with DUI during spring training.
The A’s said in a statement that Crisp was arrested early Wednesday in Scottsdale. He was released from jail and arrived at Phoenix Municipal Stadium on time to take part in pre-game drills before Oakland’s exhibition against the Cleveland Indians.

You know, things do happen in threes.
And after all, they're finally getting together with their buddies after 5 months with the wife and kids! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-eatdrink007.gif (http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys.php)
But really, guys, get a dd.

Man if this keeps up we might as well open an Official MLB DUI thread in General Baseball Discussion!
MLB needs to partner with AA!

How have people not learned from others mistakes in the past 2 weeks? It's a bad influence, and yes Rick, I agree about the AA meetings.

Hmmmmmmmm, I wonder if they're being followed? I'd say about the same percentage of players drink and drive, as the general public.
I find it odd that none of the no name hopefuls have made the news.
Yet, when it comes to testing hot for PED's, the minor leaguers is a hundred fold over MLB'ers.
Odd ain't it?

How about sending them to AA.... as in the minors! That'll wake them quickly.

If these guys are all going to go out and drink, why don't they just get a designated driver, say uhhh, Charlie Sheen???

Yeah, sure. Sorry, but you're an adult.
I mean, what else is he gonna say? "I couldn't care less and I'll probably do it again sometime soon."

That's okay, I was going to say if he gets two more DUI's, he'd be a cereal drunk driver.
